wert: In the other thread I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now I see they have a poor business model and they are disorganized to the point they can't keep track of their stock.

Like John wrote, open an "item not received claim" through ebay. If they can't send you a set or send a refund within the allotted time given by ebay to fix the problem, then you'll get your money back via ebay and they should receive a negative feedback.

If your email communications with the seller are via the ebay system, they can read those to sort out the facts - something for everybody to bear in mind when contacting wonky ebay sellers or buyers.

Yes it was...And I have sent a second email and not heard back...Didn't think I would get an answer...Not a very good company to do business with.

Give them one last warning to either refund or supply product at price paid and if no answer, hit them with the negative feedback.

Wert, Is your ebay ID not "Wert4848"? I would not yet send a negative, might tee them off. I would wait and do that later. There is never any hurry with feedback.

That last communication already includes everything they need, including your ebay ID, and more importantly to them, the auction number. All the seller needs to do is an ebay search using that number and the sale will be displayed. Hard to believe that someone with over a million feedbacks on sales can't figure out how ebay works!

Open an item not received case ASAP and don't let them stall you for time.

Send an email to them from the actual item purchased. There is an option on the item you bought to contact the seller. That will give them all transaction details. Then they can either scrounge up your item or at this point I'd ask for a refund. They have probably oversold, didn't track things properly and don't know who they've sent what to. Then when it's in stock give them a chance if you think it's a good deal. I hope they are honest dealers and you just slipped through the crack.

Thanks for your replies guys..WOW...look at her advertising now...She went from $12.16 to $112.16 to now as of an hour ago back to $12.16...Dont know what she is doing, here is her ad as of now..

I have sent her 2 emails with no reasonably response to my liking.. Should I email her again and say if I don't get the product I paid for, then I will start a entry with the ebay resolution team..??

Jogil already gave you this advice. Don't hesitate file an item not received case. You need to file in a certain amount of time after the auction, If case is filed too late you can not proceed with the claim.

That's 2 that are now saying you never bought it - ebay and the seller. This is weird

The date it has for that item # was only 5 days ago. Maybe you did put the wrong number in.

Another thhing and maybe just a dumb question - Are you sure you followed all the way through with the purchase? Maybe you just left in the checkout basket and never paid.

Double check your paypal history and make sure there's a transaction in there maybe
