As I do not collect military or first flight covers, I have no idea how to list the following and would appreciate any suggestions as how to do so. Any additional information gleamed from the covers and their potential cataloque values would also be appreciated (for my personally-created album pages and internal inventory records only, as I do not sell from my collection).

For an ordinary cover, I would simply use the stamp(s)' SC#

You mean list on ebay? Stamps. Canada. Covers. The first is a first flight - nothing unusual. The last three are "free" military covers from first and second world war. Envelopes 2 and 4 provided by charities.

Hi Black Jag

Your FFC had 2750 pieces flown on this flight and have a minimum value of around $3.00 to $6.00, depending where you find them.

FPO SC 12 / 1 (Note please that it should be a "C" and not an "O") None are known for that initial. Mail was processed by British FPO #498. It was used by the Canadian Repatriation Unit from August 1941 to March of 1946.

FPO HW was used by Headquarters of the Canadian Corps from October 1, 1916 to July 31, 1918. The censor marking on this cover is an F.W. Daniels type CM5. Was used originally in Arras, France from June, 1917, then in Vimy from July to December of the same year.

FPO #168 was used by the 12th. Canadian Brigade from August 1, 1918 to February 1, 1919. The censor marking is an F.W. Daniels type CM6.

F.W. Daniels had published a book some years ago and he was the one who apparently pioneered into these markings and designated those numbers to the different types.

Hope this helps?

Hi

I got my FFC information from a book titled "The Air Mails Of Canada and Newfoundland" published by the American Air Mail Catalogue group. I am not sure if this book is being updated or not?
