Hi all, I'd like to have a "Foreign Stamp Giveaway" starting Sep 28 and run til Nov 18. I hope this time frame is OK.
I will post a list of available countries on the beginning date of this giveaway.
Expect dups. Majority canceled. There may be tears, folds, dirty; you know, you're typical bulk lot of used stamp's condition, with some nice unused/mint stamps here and there.
Stamps may be from the late 1800's to about the 1990's. This does not apply to all countries.
One LOT per person. A lot may be made up of multiple countries as some country packets have as low as only 1 stamp. When you post that you "want in, etc" please list at least 4 or more countries that you'd like to receive in the order of 1st choice on down.
All members are welcome to participate, no 50 or more quality posts needed.
Free postage. I'd like the participants to donate to SCF what ever amount they want. If you can't afford a donation or just plum do not want to donate, advise me and I will donate $2.00 for you. Two Hundred dollar limit to me.
I may amend some little things as time goes on.

Hi Mudhut.. Actually I couldn't understand what do you mean? did you mean you giveaway foreign stamps? Please let me know..Because I'm still new to this subject. |

Hi Gihan and welcome aboard! You have come to the right stamp forum!
There are world class experts here...and I do mean experts.
Yes, that is correct on the "Giveaway". People here hold "Giveaways" from time to time in diverse areas of stamp collecting, mostly in support of SCF (Stamp Community Forum).
You may have read that I would like people to make a donation, although, not a requirement. I may have to amend that requirement if a lot of people stream in here from the internet just to get the freebies!
In that light, you might want to get involved in the community and start collecting quality posts. Not all posts qualify as Quality Posts; I do not know what the qualifiers are for a QP. Most, if not all, members require 50 QP's to qualify for a Giveaway.
My Foreign stamp "giveaway" will consist of as many different countries that I have available and may contain up to 100 stamps per packet.
