Help Identifying Scot # For This Nicaragua Stamp

I'm baffled on trying to find a Scott number for the attached stamp. Its color is Black or slate Black with red overprint. The overprint appears to read Resello 1935 but I'm not positive about that it is difficult to read.

It is Perf 12 and is not watermarked

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I think you have Sc#611, an overprint on Sc#513.
