It's Michel 81A or 81B depending on perforations.

Are You sure? What perforations are for 81 a and what for 81 b? Could it be only 97 A I?

Thats better . No, I"not that lucky. Can someone help me to find out what is that stamp? I"m not professional. 3 different ideas from 3 different persons. Whos right?

I can tell you if you do two things -- check the watermark, and post a much larger scan.
