I found this folded letter on line and I see it has a private carrier stamp on it. Can anyone tell what it it is? There are notations on the bottom of this that may help? Thank you for any help. This has to do with my Jersey Shore (Hometown) collection so I wold really like to know at least a little bit before I spring for it. As an afterthought I might let this pass and wait for a better on to come along, so here is the link to the auction. 35. is a bit too much for that anyway. http://www.ebay.com/itm/West-Cheste...em35d0b0f7ed
P.S. I must apologize for the image quality as it wasn't very good to begin with so you can't polish a turd I guess? lol
Here is the best I could do with my software to lighten it up enough to maybe sort of figure out what Penny Post or private Carrier stamp it may be? Thank you very kindly for taking a look.

Here is the notation on bottom center on cover:
Description: West Chester , PENNSYLVANIA 1840's Stampless Letter Cover to Philadelphia Cyrus P. Printer from E.H. Butler Cyrus P. Painter; Born 1825; Died 1889; West Chester PA Letter date 1849? Contents regarding advertising in a newspaper Letter from E.H Butler, a Noted Philadelphia Publisher
You should be able to find 15L17 in the carrier stamp section of your Scott catalogue. Looks to be the same size as a Blood's Penny Post stamp but I can't tell. I don't have easy access to my catalogue at the moment.
