Help With Identification Possibly Japan

These 2 items were in a glassine in a worldwide collection on a page within Japan stamps. Any idea if currency, stamp, revenue?

any help or thoughts woudl greatly be appreciated

These are from Bank Notes from China. PRC = Peoples Republic of China.

The third one scanned is upside down. The currency is Renminbi.
