Hi guys...Take a look at these Scott #727 stamps...Look at the bottom of them where the $2.00 and postage printing is...One run of stamps (maybe), 3 different locations...Guess someone dosen't care about accuracy..haha

That's because of the "silver" ink used on those sorts of stamps. It tends to run a bit and prints spotty. That I think is why the silver print stamps generate lots of varieties. I have several copies of this issue where the ink looks like gobs.

CanadaStamp...Wasn't thinking of the colour quality, but where it is printed on the stamps..There are 3 different locations here.

I have a number of these stamps too and they are a number of types of the numeral '2'. I think they are quite common for this issue.

Maybe a rare one would be a normal '2'
