The USPS website offers a convenient list of addresses where you can obtain Holiday Season postmarks and special cancellations ... including the spray-on Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer postmarks, which are described as follows:

For the first time, the Postal Service will be offering four different national postmarks. Beginning Saturday, Nov. 29 and ending Friday, Jan. 2, all First-Class Mail with postage stamps will be postmarked with images depicting the four Holiday Contemporary stamps available this season. The four stamps commemorate the 50th anniversary of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and feature Santa, Rudolph, Hermey and Bumble — all include the words "HAPPY HOLIDAYS" with snowflakes in the background.
