Hi to all

This could be SG372a red missing

I have examined it under UV light and it shows no evidence of tampering.
What does everyone else think.

I would strongly suspect it's been left exposed to the sun. There are traces of red still in the wording of Australia and in other areas. This stamp is a bit notorious for losing its red colour.

Hi StevieG

If it had been exposed to the sun then the other colours would have been faded in various degrees as well. Particularly the blue. and definitely the pink.

I have seen other copies, judged genuine, and they have the same undertones. Also this photo has been enlarged to show details, so, it will show details of the pink.

Anyway all opinions are always appreciated.

I will probably send it off to be expertised, and let all know the findings.

Regards

Horamakhet

Horamkhet.....
RED missing....means NO TRACE of red.
The other comments are 100% correct.

Save your money.

Isn't it a bit pointless getting a used stamp expertised for a missing colour?
Anything could have happened to it.
I agree it looks faded TBH.
