Victoria Sc. 130, Sg 176-D? 1/2 Pence Mixed Perf?

The top and bottom are both perf 13, but the sides are different, one perf 12 and one perf 13. Does that make this a SG 176d?

Hi Smauggie, I haven't got the catalogue you refer to but I have a copy of The Stamps of Victoria" by Geoff Kellow. I've copied the section that would appear relevant to your question. My only suggestion is to consider whether your stamp is 12.5 perf, rather than 12?
