Here is a scan of a card bearing a PAn PAcific International Exposition Company perfin ( US # P188, D+ rating, PAttern PPI/ECo) properly used on a properly posted card. There are a lot of US perfins used this way (not only this one).
Anyone have any to share?

I wouldn't consider the 1c US stamp properly used on this post card. The 1c Admiral fully prepaid the post card rate to the United States in 1914, thus the US stamp was superfluous. I speculate that this was sent as a reply card by the company with the US stamp prepaying the reply. Someone along the line, realized that it wouldn't work in Canada and added the Admiral before mailing. It's a nice, interesting card.

I agree with jarnick's analysis though I'd venture to say that such an arrangement violated postal regulations.

MY comment simply meant that the item was a used reply card. Yes the item was sent Canada, and the user added the 1 cent Canadian stamp paying for the postage, which in my mind makes it a valid usage. Just saying.... Foreign stamps are postmarked around the world on a regular basis as long as the proper domestic postage is applied.
