Can anyone help me with this one. I don't see any english numbers and dont even know where to begin on trying to research this one. (Sorry it's a bit cut off in the picture) Thanks!
It appears to be a Chinese Tobacco tax stamp for 0.2 cents, for Peiping Municipality; these days Peking or Beijing. As it's inscribed Peiping, it must date from after the Nationalists (KMT) moved China's capital to Nanking/Nanjing, so between 1928 and 1949.
