December 2014,
Canada Post Collections magazine has an ad in it for a link online (see below for pic) that lets you fill out the newer customs form at home on your computer and then scan it on your phone thingie-ma-jiggie (don't have one) and carry that to the Post Office and let them scan your phone or something or other.

They are stickers you buy at the dollar store that you put on to make your package look cool
