Wert, when I see something like that I usually do not think "re-entry", but more in the lines of a scratch by the etcher. It does not look like a plate crack either, it looks too clean for that!

No, it does not look like a plate crack, it is too straight for that in my opinion.

I agree with Peter. Not a plate flaw of any kind. It is a printing flaw (although this does not mean that it is uninteresting)/ |

Unitrade may call this an Engraver's Slip, which sometimes has a small premium. I don't have my Unitrade with me, but it would be described there. |

To me it looks like a touch of ink that wasn't removed by the wiper before printing. |
