Hi guys/girls..Just need your opinion as to whether you think this is a re-entry before I bother Ralph at Re-entries.com..??..Got quite a few markers as to a possible re-entry.

As per usual, got this with 9 other mint stamps from ebay for a very cheap price.

Thanks Robert

Wert,
With the rate you guy keep finding these...apparently Canada produced more re-entry stamps than those which are not!

Wert. Are those the places that Re-Entries details in their description, or just what you found common with your stamp? Robert usually has a good explanation about a particular area. Good luck on this one.

Partime... have done the same thing for other stamps that became a re-entry like Scott seal stamp from Newfoundland...I usually compare my possible stamps with markers from stamps on Ralph's site...Like a seal stamp, but Scott #72p proof plate, there was never one to compare with..So Ralph will place mine there for others..Just hope this #85 is one to...
Good one Don (you may be right..haha)

Nice stamp Wert. It might be a later state of the plate as the reentry is similar but faded

Here is a copy of the re-entry of #85. Note all the diagonal lines in the letters these are characteristic of the re-entry and some should show on yours.
