Hi guys...Is this a stamp or a sticker for kids to put in there albums..?...I don't see mention of any country...?

It is Canada, circa 1942. I believe it is PC1 in Van Dam. Not listed in Scott or Unitrade.

Robert, you are right! It is a Canadian "stamp", listed in van Dam's Canadian revenue stamp catalog. It was valued at $15.00 back in 2009. It dates back to the 40"s(?)

It is a mint stamp, was going to give it to kids to play with...Must have come from a booklet..?

Checkout this ebay link showing a whole series of these stamps, including the following descriptive text:

set of 6 CANADA PRAIRIE PROVINCES Game Bird Conservation stamps in Mint Never Hinged condition. Game birds pictured included: Pheasant (brown), Mallard Ducks (green), Hungarian Partridge (purple), Canada Goose (blue), Ruffed Grouse (red & brown),Chukar Partridge (red & blue).

Background on these stamps: Issued in 1942, first 5 values in sheets, 6th value (Chukar Partridge) in miniature panes only. Designed by the late Professor William Rowan of the University of Alberta (the same designer of the Canada 1955 Whooping Crane, Scott 353). Canada Goose (4th stamp) is the PC4d variety (thick white frame at right, no frame at left).

Van Dam has the sixth stamp as being issued in 1943, and differing from the others as being printed in sheetlets of 5 instead of sheets of 20.
