hi, I have a question for someone who knows this subject well.
i have this stamp in my family album,it's from 1948-1949 I think,and I searched in this catalog: http://values.hobbizine.com/chinast...29-1935.html
but I could not find a "300 on 3000" mark,so maybe it's rare,or just not exist in this catalog? whould like to know from someone who knows better.

If you have access to a Stanley Gibbons catalogue, check under Chinese Provinces, B. North-Eastern Provinces, 1947, SG61, $300 on $3000 blue.
