Found these in a large box of stamps, and I'm just not sure what they are or where they are from. I struck out on google, so maybe someone here knows.

After more googling, I think these are cut from the top of Portuguese documents. I found a few images, but no other information.

EDIT: I found documents that google translated as Portuguese, but these are actually Phillipine Papel Sellados.

The stamped paper (Papel Sellados) is a special type of paper that contains a tax stamp, and is required in some countries to effect transactions judicial or administrative.
