A member of the Campbell River, BC Stamp Club recently bought 13 booklets of the new MacDonald stamp that had a horizontal scoring problem between the first and second upper right stamps.
Although there is a scoring impression, it isn't completely cut through for about the last couple of centimetres on the right.
It can result in the user taking two stamps off the card at once, or ripping one, possibly both.
It may be classed as a perf error, or an unusual production problem.
No doubt it will be valued (by some)a bit more than an ordinary booklet.
Fly-speckers may be interested in checking out the supply of booklets at your local post office if the PO staff is willing to let you do so.

In "un-severed" coils, scored pairs are not considered all that valuable - kind of a nice collection addition but not BigBucks. Probably be the same with these.
