This one I found at a stampgathering. It might be from China. Especially the overprint intrigues me. Any ideas?

It's a Chinese revenue stamp, but the first line of the overprint is too blurred for me to read.

Dear Damian,

The overprinted Chinese should read from right to left.
It seems that they are ·î(? not confirmed)£¨"feng"£¬abbreviation of fengtian province), ÓÊ£¨means post office), Èý£¨means No.3).
