You have a TIPEX (Third International Philatelic Exhibition) Souvenir Sheet, Scott No. 778, catalog valued at $1.25 (used).

I can't clearly read the date on the postmark, but I don't think it is of any particular note, as the souvenir sheet was issued May 9, 1936.

The sheet may have been postally used on philatelic mail. Nicely placed cancel if nothing else. As a "cancels on stamps" collector I would put it in my collection.
