a better scan and comparison, I might be wrong but the perforation looks a little bit different

Now we're talking, great scans!
That is the quality of scan, all specialist students should try and adopt, for ease of identification.

Certification? Your call, but personally, I think not.
Romania is a fickle mistress, it can take you 3 lifetimes to get anywhere near understanding it all.

Certainly you have a doozy for print quality, an "oddity" but that's all in my opinion.

Now get this.......
This stamp comes in 8 colour shades
Perforations? (5)
Can be P13˝, P11, P11˝, 13˝ x 11˝, 13˝x14.

If you want a lifetime challenge... collect Romania

Thank you, now I'll be miles avoiding Romania stamps, and its good I have only few of them :-)
