Hi All, I recently added some Air Mail stamps to my collection. Won some German Airs at auction and was given some Hungary Airs from a kind member of this forum. Thought I'd show them. Sorry for the poor picture quality. As you'll see, I'm just missing 3 of the German pigeon Air Mail stamps. I'm looking to get them in trade if anyone has them available. I also like the German stamp in the upper right corner. Though it's not an Air Mail stamp, it is Aviation themed and I like the looks of it so added it to the page. I like the Hungary stamps because in addition to being Air Mail stamps, they are stamp on stamp which is an interesting theme. Dave N. <><

Hi All,
I should've added these pics to a previous post of mine showing some other Air Mails I have. I'll try to stick with one thread from now on and just add to it when I have more Air Mail pics to post. I do intend to post more pics of Air Mail pages. It just may be a long time between postings. Bobggg - you gave me a good chuckle with your comment about the hungary Airs looking magnificent. :)
Phil, what do you mean at philb prices? Have you got a store on stampwants or e-bay? I'm always looking for early Airs. And since I'm basically on a 5$ budget, I usually try to trade for stamps or oblige myself to generous freebie offers to obtain trading material. What gets my goat though is seeing posts where people are tossing out faulty stamps. If they're early Airs. I'll gladly take em, faults and all.
Kind Regards,
Dave N. <>< |

Well Dave, I have nothing against trading if we can supply one anothers interests..i just thought of price as a means of exchange..most of my covers average 75 cents.. 50 cents to a buck apiece..but if you have decent worldwide stuff..pre 1970 preferred I would swap ...phil |

Hi Jdgarst0720,
Keep posting and when you hit 50, hopefully we can do some trading (W/W Airmail stamps).
Oh, and welcome to the forum!
