Precanel Size Not Standard Across Canada Post.

Hi guys...Was doing a bit of flyspecking (what else is new eh?) and noticed from town to town on precancelled stamps there is NO standard size of the machine doing the precanels...Below is measurements taken with 5 valleys from each stamp...They range from 111 to 123 pixels taken with my screen ruler and all stamps scanned the same DPI...Strange eh..?

It's not " Canada Post" you are referring to. It is the Post Office Department, Canada. Two entirely different organizations.

Based on the vast majority of mail I receive from Canada ... nobody cancels the stamps.
