I have this metered cover I was trying to ID in the International Postage Meter Catalog but I'm unsure what the ID is. Can someone help please?

Are you sure the first numeral in the meter number isn't a 9?

The meter variety shown above is correct. I can go one step further and confirm that the Meter No. is 95904 in use by the Bishop National Bank of Hawaii for almost nine (9) years, from 09/28/1939 through 07/17/1948, as noted on page 160 at the link below:

Just to add one more bit the 'CLIPPER AIR MAIL' marking was privately applied - likely by the mail room at the bank.

Are there any censor markings anywhere? It looks like it was opened and retaped.
