Where Can I Find Information About USA Tobacco Revenues

Hello, I'm a Dutch USA stamp collector and can't find information of several stamps. Here in Holland it's very difficult to find information.
Is there anyone who can give me information about the revenues on the pictures or can give me some web links about USA stamps with values.

Stamps overprinted series 102 were issued in 1932. Series overprints changed every year from 1932-1955, 102, 103, 104, etc. Series 125 was used from 1955-1959, after which tobacco revenues were no longer used. Tobacco revenues are listed in Springer 10th edition. Cigars and snuff stamps are also listed in the 10th edition. Cigarettes are listed in the ninth edition, which is the scarcest and usually the most expensive.
The official seal and the wine stamps are listed in the Scott US Specialized catalog.

The pair of wine stamps was used on a bottle of 3.2 wine which was marketed from about May 1 - December 4, 1933. The was the partial repeal era at the end of our National Prohibition on intoxicating liquor. The cancel was applied by Mission Dry Corporation and the number on the second line is their rectification number for this batch of 3.2 wine. At the beginning of September, they returned to the government their permit to produce this low alcohol content beverage.
