One Of The Rarest 21st Century FDCs?

There were 1,500 no die cut Gifts of Friendship souvenir sheet panes issued by the USPS in April 2015. That means that there were 9,000 imperf stamps of each of the Japanese scenes in the panes. In comparison, there are 45,000 imperf stamps of each of the US scenes.

Here are two First Day Covers with Digital Color cancels. I wonder how many no-die cut stamps were on DCCs? Probably a good deal less than 9000.
