Hi guys..Take a look at this Scott #88 stamp...Unitrade classifies Scott #88 as perforation 12 Vertical x 12 Horizontal...This stamp measures 11.7 x 11.9 ...If this is what it seems, then could it be a Scott #88c which is perforation 11.8 x 11.4 ..??

Wert, I hate being a pessimist, but it seems to me that 11.9 is a lot closer to 12 then to 11.4. Just my 2 cents!

When dealing with used stamps, do not forget that paper expands and shrinks when soaked in water. Thus, extremely fine measurements of size or perforations may be slightly skewed.
