I wonder if anyone can help me decipher the postal cancellation on this 2c?
Looks like a My 12 99, but town is unfamilar to me...

I think it's something RICHELIEU QUE. CANADA probably takes up part of the bottom of the circle, hence the definite A preceded by what's likely a D. There are a number of post offices with Richelieu in the name...can't tell which one it might be.
