The wine and cordials can be found in the Scott U.S. Specialized, RE is the prefix for them. You might also be interested in the REF prefix which was for 3.2% alcoholic content wines or fermented fruit juice during the short period of May 1-December 4, 1933. That short period was also the original period for 3.2 beer.
