I got it in a lot of precancels that I got for a good price so if not I will just use it to make a set of regular ones, just wanted to make sure I wasnt messin up.
The "giveaway" to it being a parcel cancel and not a precancel is that it appears to have a vertical line (or complete box) around the city/state name, which is not typical of precancels which mostly have lines (or bars) between the city/state name at the top and bottom only.
