The catalog value for this stamp is meaningless without an expert certification, as this overprint is heavily forged.

I am no expert and I've never seen a genuine overprint on this particular stamp, but the overprint looks forged to me. Compared to same genuine matching overprints on other issues, the 1919 looks almost but not quite right. Likewise, the "POSTA" and the position of that line do not look right. Maybe someone else here can confirm whether or not the overprint is genuine, before we can start tossing around catalog values.

Regarding the local official stamps you showed in the other two threads, the stamps appear to be genuine based on the lion's mane an crown. On the forgeries, I believe the shading of the lion's mane has no breaks. However, the used "NV" cancel is heavily forged. Genuine mint stamps are not uncommon and were used to make very high quality forged canceled copies on cover. You will need to get the cancels on the two examples you showed expertized. Again, perhaps someone here can verify whether or not the cancel is genuine.

You will need to find a Michel or Zumstein catalog for Czechoslovakia for any idea of value. Your stamp would have been intented for use in Slovakia & Carpatho-Ukraine since the area was under the Hungarian Postal Administrain within the former Austro-Hungarian Empire. Austrian stamps with the same or similar overprint were ment for the Czech ie Bohemia & Morovia.

Actually, all three Czech stamps posted in the 3 threads are listed and valued in the Scott catalog. However, the Scott catalog does not value fakes or altered stamps. When I have major doubts about whether a stamp is genuine, my habit is discuss the need to demonstrate the stamps are genuine first, before I am willing to cite catalog prices. That's just my personal habit.
