CZECHOSLOVAKIA The first government to issue stamps honoring Scouting occurred in 1918 at the close of World War I. The Czech Sea Scouts provided mail service from November 7 to 25 while their new government was being organized in Prague. The wording on the stamp reads Czech Scout Post, In the Service of the National Government.
Zumstein catalog for Czechoslovkia lists the value for these issues. These are very collectable because of the Scout theme and only the 2nd stamp series to honor Scouting in the world.
