This label originates from the 1970's and was obtained from a stamp dealer in the late 1970's. I believe that this came from a Reading (PA) area physician who was prescribing marijuana for one of his patients. The story that came to me says the government harassment caused the physician to abandon prescribing marijuana. The label was to be turned in to obtain the renewal subscription, but this one miraculously survived to grace our collections.
