Cut Squares Errors/Freaks?

Hi everyone,

I was going through some cut squares recently and noticed some interested things and wanted to see if anyone could shed some light on if these are known errors or freaks?
Picture number 1 - V neck?
Picture number 2 - Very heavy ink. Bled through heavily on back
Picture number 3 - No Ink?
Picture number 4 - Circled color shift
Picture number 5 - Lots of color shifting around border
Picture number 6 - Red Eye

Color is not "shifting" in these examples. Ink is getting into the design where it should be colorless. Probably due to minor over inking. The color can't shift because the inked image and the embossed colorless image are made from the same die and are imparted in the same stroke of the press. With later press designs you could get shifting of one color vs another, but not on these early 20th century presses.

#2 is flat out over-inked. Did not "bleed thru" to back, but rather has offset from a previous cycling of the press with no blank to receive the ink - which ended up on the platen and thus onto the back of this guy.
