Looking for a set of two post Scott Specialty pages for Saar, German issues, complete. Can include stamps, but nothing that has/had mounts.

Can't help you with Scott Specialty pages, but Bill Steiner at www.stampalbums.com has a complete set of print-your-own pages for Saar. They're not illustrated, but they contain a space for every major number listed by Scott. They fit nicely in a Vario F (1") binder.

He is a friend and has a "Brick-and-Mortar" stamp shop. He has lots of supplements (previous and current), world-wide stamps and supplies. If he doesn't have it in stock he can probably get it for you.
