Postage Due Stamp

Hi everyone. This is a partial imperf on top 12 perf on bottom of a 2 cent postagedue stamp used without watermark. My question is what is Scott number for this stamp since it is part imperf? I read to see die and proofs section for imperfs on stamp paper..does it increase in value for partial imperf although not specified?

I've wondered for some time at this, because:

• your philatelic knowledge varies from less-than-novice to advanced;
• your attitude varies from haughty to polite;
• your English varies from very little to near-fluency;
• your syntax varies from German to Russian but both with Slavic(?) influence;

Sometimes, your topics generate good discussion and I appreciate what I learn, but I have to agree with kevin504 on this one. Less silliness, please. Y'all know how to pose better topics.

kevin...i have hired people to look at my stuff in past....I have met a few experts face to face including the man that sold the world's rarest stamp in past.
Fortunately, the ones I have met are professional and concentrate on the topics of stamps, however they are a distance away from me. I do many things, not just stamps. I enjoy collecting stamps like others in my spare time, but I believe to learn things every day since I don't concentrate on all countries.. I enjoy world stamps....i place things for others to learn as well. if that so difficult to understand? not only regulars read this site.
With inquiries, it seems that you have issues that you cannot just specifically answer questions, like others have done in the forum concentrating on the stamps... I m not the one that makes black figure 8 like a child when responding to my posts like you did in the other section. In my opinion, it shows immaturity.. I am not a target for your jollies or for anyone in this forum..

To be honest, certain post writers have not been cordial with their responses at all times. Seriously, If they had a private company off the net and I was in their own office, they would lose myself immediately as a potential customer. I come in here learning as well as placing input about a subject matter at times.
So please, discontinue trying to turn things around expressing I am being silly. I write simple at times for others to comprehend.Not everyone knows all the Philatelic terms used.
I did enough assessments in my Professional Career to understand personalities including cultures before opening my own business.

I don't see these comments with individuals outside of the US responding to the questions. If you find them so novice, why do you make comments?

As a matter of fact, it is known with Revenues that some stamps are known as part Perf.. For example,R54c(b) Conveyance 50 c black. (b)- part perforated.

However with this certain stamp, it does not have it category with the Postage Dues.

A part perf has NO perfs at the TOP and BOTTOM.
They should be collected in pairs to avoid trimming
fully perfed stamps.



Because it is a common straight egde. (or trimmed)
It is a printing normality....edge of sheet. COMMON!

I'm sorry, am I missing something here. Why has blazenstar received such a nasty response to her inquiry? I thought there were no stupid questions here. Do we jump on people because of their syntax, because perhaps their typing skills aren't the best or English isn't their first language?
Come on people! Let's remember, these are really JUST little pieces of paper.
