Franklin Expedition Die Cut

I bought today the Quarterly pack #3. In it there is the Franklin die cut Se-tenant pair from the P booklet. To my surprise the back of the stamps have no paper (just PVC gum)and the perforation is very light.
Since I don't have the booklet I cannot compare.
Is anyone had that ?

Here's my scan of the booklet pair. I don't have the die cut.

I think that you have a pair from the Special Pane, not the booklet, which would explain the absence of paper on the reverse.
