Errorsrock, that's a slip print to me. Re-entry lines are sharper and less "smudgy" looking. That's what I look for. Here's an example I have on a 3c SQ of a Slip Print. You can see doubling but it is the typical smudged look of a Slip Print.

Re-entries are usually more subtle like this one in the lower left corner. Look at the 3 and you will see very thin lines that are the doubling of this re-entry.
