This was issued for the French Volunteers in the German Army. These should be found in Michel (German Specialized)or Yvert et Tellier (France).

Kehess, In Michel, my 1997 copy, lists the stamp under Frankreich-Legionarsmarken Your stamps are listed in Roman numerals, VI-X, issued on April 20, 1942. Value 20.00 DM in 1997.
