Now that is interesting. I wonder how it was done. I have seen single copies made by cutting the centre from one stamp and pasting it onto another. But this looks too good to be done that way.
Obviously a scan and print from a computer would work but that would be on ungummed paper of what ever sort and then there are the perforations. Are they actually perforations of just the scan.
If it is perforated and on gummed paper I would guess that some authority would be very interested. Perhaps someone will point it out to the Canadian police.
If it is just a printed scan why would anyone pay $110 or so for it. I see the listing says it is MNH whatever that means in this context.

While I am not trying to be picky here, weren't the original discovery panes post office imprint trimmed off margin panes rather than philatelic agency full intact imprint margin panes? Someone should tell this dealer that there are no corner plate blocks with intact plate number imprint for this error. |

Doesn't appear so when someone is posting that the police should be notified DA |

He's sold many of the singles like that... I for one cringe at the sight of people supporting the fake stamp industry. That's just my own opinion. Even if they're badly done! |

True, especially when there are several legitimate stamps out there that don't get any attention from dealers. |
