Te Betalen means Postage due. Postage due stamps are usually found in the back of a country listing. We often use the word Back of Book stamps.

In the NVPH Speciale Catalogus. That is THE Dutch catalog. It lists all of the Dutch stamps and the Overseas parts.
The postage due stamps are fairly common and unless there is a variety amongst them not very valuable. Maybe your local library has a copy of the catalog?

They don't list anything back of the book. And they are not a catalog either, they sell stamps. That is why their prices seem se much out of line at times!

when you get to the Netherlands listings, look on the right side for a blue bar that says "search" (you may have to expand that part) first line is "cat." with a drop down menu beside it. click on "postage due stamps" then the "search"button below all the various drop down menus.
