I am thinking of getting a subscription to Canadian Stamp News (CSN), but I was wondering if anyone knows of any promotion or special price for first time subscribers? I am thinking of getting a digital subscription since it costs less and it doesn't use up paper that I probably for the most part would not want to accumulate anyways.
I subscribe to the print edition. I just looked at the website and it's interesting that the digital version going to USA is higher price than the digital version going to Canada or other international recipients. Don't understand that at all.
Glenn, I do not understand the pricing anyway. I thought the paperless subscription was supposed to be cheaper? If it is not cheaper what is the advantage other than the environmental issues? Also, I looked at their website and I found only the paper is more expensive. The electronic version is the same worldwide it seems!
jogil, I hope you have better luck than I did a few years back. I didn't get half my issues, the problem was on my end, foreign newspapers being treated as fourth class mail. In other words, we'll get it to you if we have time and we usually don't. I once had a confrontation with someone at the carrier station who denied they were holding them. Two days later three copies appeared in my mailbox. I would bet some of my copies were trucked to a landfill. Incredible. You may want to pay a bit extra for them to be mailed in envelopes, just saying..
