I have this weird Queen Victoria 6p stamp in horrid state that's supposed to be from Victoria 1860s/1870s but has a watermark that doesn't show in any of the guides.

Could someone please help me identify this stamp?

The perforation seems to be 12½, I don't know if the right side is originally imperorated or the result of scissors.

I'm having difficulty in seeing this, but it looks as if may be one of the stamps issued with a watermark consisting of a denomination (not necessarily matching that of the stamp) in letters in a box, eg "six pence", "three pence", "four pence" etc.

Yes is seems like the 1870 Wmk. "THREE PENCE" (80) (Scott 108 A11), except that mine spells "TRHEE PENCE" (ENCE top and RHEE in middle)

Somewhat like the 1860 3p blue is cataloged in Scott 57a as error watermarked with "TRREE" instead of "THREE".

So then it might be worth up to $800? Too bad it's not in very good shape...

I think this is what it's supposed to be, so not an error:
