Here is a pre-independence cover from Estonia, posted 4 May at Tallin Station (known as Revel' in Russian, Reval in German) to Munich, with 20 May 1913 receiving backstamp.

Nice cover Tim. Does the oval indicate a railway or station cancel, or something like that?

Edit: OK oops I see you called it a "station" cancel
