Could the smaller one be cut from a sheet or were they issued in a smaller size ?

This card was issued in uncut printer's sheets (sorry, don't remember the size) and could be cutdown to any size by printers or collectors.

Thanks Hal I was wondering since I never saw one before. I would guess the value would be the same as any other unused UX27

As to value, the cut down card is technically defective but it is also a conversation like all the fake miscut UX27s which have a fair market value between 99 cents and $1.99.

Thanks for the reply, but seeing the extra space on the top couldn't this be from a sheet? I can see cutting the sides but what about the top.
