I noticed that Subway (G&K brand) sells a different size dealer 107 card than other places that use the HECo and other brands. There is a Canadian place that carries both and they call the smaller one 107S (S for short?).

As I understanding the numbering method, the last digit tends to match a close glassine size.

_______ overall____ pocket
Heco_____5 1/2 x 3 1/4___4 7/8 x 2 5/8
Subway___6 x 3/8 5 3/8 x 2 5/8

The 107 card is better for blocks, some booklets, and after seeing the nice display case setup, I think this may work best for what I want and uses similar boxes like postal cards.

I bought a bunch of used 102, 104 and 107 cards once, I found the pocket size varies on all with makers sometimes
