No it's not an answer at all, the link show a revenue stamps, the one of locobot is a revenue stationary , a money order or something like that, I will look at it after diner
The stamp is from Hungary. An illeték ý(plural illetékek) is a revenue stamp to collect fees, tax, levy, duty or stamp duty. Also known as a documentary or fiscal stamp.
This is not a "stamp" per se as it is a cut-square from some document. Its not postal stationary and its not in Higgins & Gage. I couldn't find it in the Hungarian catalog. Illetek certainly has the meaning duty/revenue/fee. We need to identify the document from which this cut-out was taken, whether it was a legitimate revenue-related document or just some label. I wonder if its not related to agriculture or grain.
It's look very cheap made compare to other Hungarian revenues
As HungaryForStamps , I don't find it in the Philatelia Hungarica Catalog and in the Higgins, for sure it's not a postal stationary because of the word illetek, I call it a revenue stationary, I may not have the good word but I was intended to say something printer on paper. without check for me the word stationary means fix. A stamp is not fix.
