New Find: R13 & R15

Wonder about the value? Anyone care to venture a guess?
The R13 has a circular cancel, all I can make out is JUN (which should mean June?). The 2 R15's have what look like smudges which look like some kind of cancel and should be visible in the photo,

Thoughts?
